I've already told my friends and family about the professional and compassionate experience I had there. The location is easy to find, and their animal hospital is very clean and attractive. It is very obvious that they take pride in the office's appearance. The entire staff is wonderful and I am very impressed and grateful for Dr. Bertram. Thank you for your skill and heart!

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
