I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

I've been to them a couple of times and have been very happy with everyone I met. They care about the animals and they care about the owners. They realize in this day and age that people want to take care of their pets, but not every one can pay premium prices. They provide a valuable service at a reasonable rate.
