They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. This veterinarian was so compassionate when my pet was sick. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The cost was what I expected to pay and it was well worth it for the great care they gave my pet.

Doubt the competency! Dog lover with sick dog - paid $72 exam fee for an exam that I was not allowed to watch, nor was I allowed to interact with the vet prior to the exam. 20 minutes later vet came out and told me there was nothing wrong with my dog - who had been lethargic for the past 24 hours, not eaten, urinated in his bed, and had been limping and staggering when walking, wincing in pain, etc... I suspected a urinary infection or stones. When I tried to discuss the symptoms and why I brought him in, she talked so loudly over me that I told her to stop yelling at me. She then tried to get me to pay for over $600 in "tests" for a dog that wasn't sick??? She seemed very incompetent and unprofessional - of course she is the owner of the business, so I guess the $72 fee and a urine sample and antibiotics wouldn't keep her lights on. I brought my dog home without any meds or treatment and no assurance that she ever looked at him. Hateful woman - poor excuse for a Vet! It is a shame that the local vets don't have an alternative! By the way, my dog seems to be doing better tonite after 2 doses of leftover antibiotic. I will get him in to his regular vet tomorrow
