Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They played the typical, annoying elevator music. It did not make for a pleasing environment. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I wasn't very happy with how inconveniently located their business was because if I had known how long it would take me to get there I might have just gone somewhere else. It was really far from the freeway and other shopping centers.


Every time I take my animals there I have problems with them. The vet is unprofessional and is prejudice against bully breeds. I will NEVER go there again. They also will not fill prescriptions for you when you can get medications cheaper online or through another company. Dr. Bader himself told me they do not sign prescriptions you can get them at the clinic or not at all.
