They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my pet's well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice. It has never crossed my mind to take my pets anywhere else due to their outstanding ability to perform any basic as well as complicated procedures. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They geniunely care about and like my pet. I feel comfortable stopping in to ask questions without an appointment.
