I have liked the doctors that I've seen in this practice, but I don't like the practice itself. The wait is very long, the attitude from the staff is not particularly friendly, and some of your vitals are taken with people present who could easily overhear. I keep making appointments with these doctors because I like them, but I would go elsewhere if I found equally good doctors with practices that were easier to maneuver within.

I believe this place would be great for teens and adults but NOT at all for children as far as immunizations are concerned. It was absolute torture for our 3 yr old getting his shots. The male nurse dug, and I mean DUG, the needle into his leg...seriously making me wonder if he touched the bone. I have seen immunizations given to children many times and never saw this or anything close to this in my life. Needless to say, this 3 yr old won't go back there for his 5 yr old shots.

Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Their office sees children, and there is a place for children to play. One young man who draws blood, also draws awesome cartoons that are hung on the wall near the area where blood is drawn. I have small veins, and he has never missed my veins, though others have had to stick me more than once. My original doctor left town and I have to find a new doctor. Overall, good doctor's office.

Although in a safe neighborhood, appointments were kept, and a generally decent facility, I was not happy with the "bedside manner" from the doctor I was assigned to, and I have stopped going there. The nurse practitioner I used to see was great, but she has left the practice. I might see someone else there, but the aforementioned doctor has a reputation for being difficult. Not sure if I would ever go back.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
