I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. This is the best Vet. Practice I have ever taken my pet's too! Shirley Kittelson, DVM is a true Professional and really cares! I drive two hours to bring my pets to this VM Practice.

Dr. Shirley is the best and most caring vet ever! she will go out of her way to help pets and keep the pet owners informed. there are no words to describe how much she cares for the animals and the people who care for them as well.
