I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

I was very disappointed with the receptionist and her unwilliness to treat me like I was a human being. Her lack of "care" for my needs and condesending remarks were unneccessary toward me. This is the second time I have gone to this location and both times their receptionist have been rude. I was pleased with one of the Optometrist, but the partner was lacking along with the receptionist. I purchased my glasses and contacts from walmart, but now I believe I will take my business elsewhere. Thanks but No Thanks.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

It's not the spiffiest place to get your vision checked but it's cheap, fast, and surprisingly pleasant. You definitely don't feel like you're paying for any unnecessary frills here. I used to pay way more to go to elsewhere and wondered how much of my outrageously high bill went toward the artwork on the walls or the children's toys in the corner. In the end, I still get the correct prescription AND I can get an appointment on remarkably short notice.
