When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

They were decent, but not very affordable

They'll get it for you, but you have to ask several times before they actually do it

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. The tech was expecting me to do her job during examination, and was kind of nasty.They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. The woman who is at the front desk was very unpleasant and uncaring, She gave one price prior to the exam, and then I was charged double at the end. I would not recomend this place to anyone, They are horrible!!!!!!!!!!!

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need
