I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The office was easy enough to find.

Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times?

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Did this veterinarian have a large selection of medication available for your pet?

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

My pet hates going to the vet so I was very relieved that I was allowed to stay with my pet throughout the appointment. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I was never left in the dark when my pet had to stay in overnight care here. This veterinarian is so thoughtful when it comes to keeping owners fully informed on their pets condition and making follow-up calls exactly when promised.
