Is food and water always available for your pet at this veterinarian's office?
Never, and if I ask they seem annoyed to have to get it
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
No. It took me several times to get through.
Did this provider show attention to detail?
Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Horrible service! I've only dealt with them over the phone, but from that experience alone I will never, ever visit this clinic and I will definitely be telling all of my animal-loving friends to avoid this place. I needed some vaccination information, so I called and a seemingly 12-year old girl answered, and she obviously had no training in either receptionist duties nor animal terminology. I called back two days later (hoping I would get someone else) and I was told that they "don't keep vaccination records". Um, what? What kind of vet clinic doesn't keep patient information?

The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

No, they criticized what I have been doing and gave me no additional information on how I could improve

Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past

Yes, they were able to do almost nothing they originally said they could

Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members
