They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
I have been a customer of Sparrow Reginal Medical Supply since 2004,they have always gone above & beyond the call of duty for me & I'm sure they have treated others as well.
I also want to thank Melissa for all of her help.Recently I moved from Lansing to Kansas and had to use oxygen the whole trip as I am disabled with C.O.P.D./emphysema & on oxygen 24/7.he helped set up my travel oxygen plus also put me in contact with an oxygen supplier in Kansas who also helped make my travel the best it could be.Melissa also sent my medical records to Kansas to aide in my move.
If anyone were to ask my opinion of S.R.M.S. i would rate them from 1 through 10 a 10+.
Thanks to all of them for thier help.I greatly appreciate all that you did.
