I received a very thorough explaination. I knew exactly what to expect from my prescription

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
