Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and fully explain the benefits and possible side effects that each one presents. They also provide flea protection by the month, if you prefer to buy it that way. It's such a great place. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

I do plan on recommending this animal hospital to my friends and family. I was really pleased with their work and how they treated my pets. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
