Absolutely not, I was horrified at how insensitive they were.

No, I left with more problems than I came with!

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. My pet almost died in their care due to a misdiagnosis and if I were you I would think twice about bringing your beloved pet here.

It is very clear that none of the staff members working there are happy with their jobs; not necessarily because they don't like what they do, but because of the conditions. Dr. Broderick demonstrates neither compassion nor a caring attitude towards his patients. I have witnessed very rough, unnecessary handling. I have witnessed incompetency by this gentleman; misdiagnosis, refusal to refer cases he has no business handling (chemo therapy, for example; this facility is NOT equipped to handle such procedures, and neither is Broderick!), degrading clients...

If you are looking for just regular vaccinations, you're probably fine going here (so long as you don't mind waiting... always late). But if you are looking for a diagnostician, a compassionate caring vet, or a surgeon... please consider going elsewhere

When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely not! I was a complete wreck waiting by the phone

Yes

No, I didn't feel comfortable at all
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached?
Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me
