I would never go back. My young dog was bitten by a tick (which we took her in for) and the vet later "missed" that she was infected from it. She blamed my husband and I for not requesting a tick test, but I would argue that her years of vet school would have caused her to advise us better than that. My dog will never be the same as a result of their poor treatment. Unless you have a good lawyer available to you, go someplace else.

No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. There was a time when our dog was literally close to death. They worked with him, worked with us, and 6 years after the treatment, he continues to be doing great! They answered all of my questions, listened to me cry on the phone, and helped as much as they could to make him better and it all worked. We are forever grateful to them for the excellent care!
