The veterinarian there is totally honest and straight forward. He always looks for natural or inexpensive solutions before ever recommending medications. The staff is very friendly and the cost is relatively low compared to other vets.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It was awful how rough they were with my pet. They seemed to have complete disregard to the fact that my pet was scared and uncomfortable.
