I will absolutely return. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. There is no fear of your pet going hungry or thirsty here because food and water are always made available for them. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and fully explain the benefits and possible side effects that each one presents. They also provide flea protection by the month, if you prefer to buy it that way. It's such a great place. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. I was uncomfortable because the equipment they used seemed pretty outdated and old. It got me a little worried that my pet wasn't getting top of the line care. My pet died could that be any worse? you want to email me go ahead
