Your Survey questions are stupid. I took my daughters Pitt Bull to Doctor Hope and his staff. They saved his life! After having gone to 2 different vets and an animal emergency clinics Dr. Hopes staff were so concerned that they made a special appointment for Scrappy. We were treated with respect and kindness as well as Scrappy. The other places were about monet and not the wellfair of the animal. Dr. Hopes office saved Scrappy from further pain and his life. I cant say enough about them. You would be crazy to go anywhere else in my opinion!!!!!
Who cares about confortable chairs or magazines? Really, are you kidding me. It is about the care of your pet as a family member! Top notch experience and treatment.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They always educate me on what's best for my pets and give me great advice on ways to help them live a long, healthy, and happy life. I'm thankful for all that they do. I've been in a situation where another vet was used in and emergency and I removed the pet after two days of not improving. Suspecting a misdiagnosis, I immediately took it to Dr. Hope. Saved her life.

Nothing was accomplished during my pet's appointment. I was extremely dissatisfied with both the veterinarian and how things went. The examining rooms at their office were not very clean. I was pretty grossed out that they weren't kept up better. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.
