No, I've even asked them to do it and they always forget. It is so frustrating

After a terrible experience at Banfield with my parvo diagnosed dog, I went sobbing into the office after randomly coming across it. The vet and techs were the nicest people I've ever met and she made me feel so much better about things. She took my puppy overnight and followed up with me and he's already doing so much better. They stated that the care of the animals is what is important there, not the money, and offered to work with me on payment. I couldn't give this place a better rating.
