The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Very friendly and helpful staff - answer questions on the phone and work to get you the appt. you need - whether emergency or routine - great clinic - my dogs love going there ; )

Never, they are very reliable.
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
Did this veterinarian seem overwhelmed with too many pets?
Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

Dr. Mitchell and all the staff are simply the best. Very knowledgable and friendly. The facility is very clean and comfortable and prices are very good. I live in Kansas City with a second home in the El Dorado Springs area and make my appointments for 4 dogs and 1 cat when I'll be there.
The same prescription meds and maintenance items purchaced at other clinics or online are
available at equal or often lower prices. Who wouldn't appreciate that?
Great place for pets and owners.
