Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays

Sometimes, but not always

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
Was this veterinarian gentle when caring for your pet?
Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

I chose to delete the automated comment, I believe this is the greatest vet for your pet in the area. He is completely down to earth and friendly. He has saved the lives of a few of my pets. I had to move out of state and sorry i could not take him with. His rates are very resaonable, his staff cares!
