I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. NEVER GOT TO SEE A DOCTOR!!! THAT'S WHY I WENT.....TO SEE A DOCTOR NOT A PA!!!

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Many friends and family go to Kelly. She is great!
