Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. I got an appointment quickly, BUT ended up having to wait quite awhile once my appointment time was up. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there.

Dr. Engelberg conducted partial tests on my elbow only, missing the wrist.
I then called her office to inquire about the missing test.
It took a week for her to return my call at which point she claimed that I had issued threats and demanded that I address her as Doctor, which I did.
At last, she acknowledged my wrist had not been tested.
