Their eye equipment was state-of-the-art and really sophisticated. It's so much better than other optometrists I've been to. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. The chairs in this optometrist’s waiting room weren’t really anything to rave about, they looked pretty cheap and were slightly uncomfortable. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They did an amazing job at finally providing me with an accurate prescription for my glasses and contacts. I've been to other optometrists that didn't really help, but now I can finally see well once again. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
