Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. They only return payment by mailing out a check and I am still waiting to receice one. Not happy at all with these people.

They are always so friendly and welcoming to me during my appointments. They strive to make every patient feel valued and important. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
