They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They always made sure that my mom wasn't in any pain. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. My experience while my loved one was in the hospice was helped a lot by the extremely friendly and supportive caretakers. They were so great and always there for me whenever I needed them to be. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

My mother had a stroke after fighting cancer and was placed in Canon's care for 1 and 1/2 months before she passed away. I wish to thank everyone there, especially the nurses and assistant care givers, for the incredible support and personal care that my mother received. The warmth and attention that was exhibited by everyone there is most commendable given the trying circumstances. Thanks again.
