They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I experienced relief from my symptoms right after my treatment. I was surprised at how well the treatment worked, I am a definite believer in acupuncture now. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They really went out of their way to make me feel welcome.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Most offices keep the thermostat pumping too much cold air, but this office was perfect. I never got cold or hot, which is always a concern of mine. I couldn't believe how compassionate and sympathetic they were to my fear of needles. They went out of their way to make me feel extra comfortable.
