I found her not to be knowledgable. But at least she was intelligent enough to know my case was not for her. She did not have a clue what she was doing or talking about since I went elsewhere and all is fixed now. She has many lawsuits against her for scrweing up people. Stay away from her.

They treated my daughter and are now treating my son. The results were great, the office is nice and (my favorite part) the hours are well-suited to working parents and busy kids.

I dread having to sit in their waiting room chairs every time I come in for my check-ups. They are hard and straightbacked and very uncomfortable.
They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Once you get an appt you can wait up to an hour to be seen with no explanation. Dr. Goodling is a phony and doesn't seem to care about her patients. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I did. I pulled my son out of treatment with her, that's how bad it was.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They seemed to be an expert in every type of braces. They fully explained the advantages and disadvantages of everything from metal braces to Invisalign. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

I absolutely love Dr. Jacquie and all her staff. They have been so nice and patient with me since i have a fear of the dentist. I had invisalign treatment and my teeth look great!

First we had our 3 kids teeth done, 1 got glow in the dark braces, another got standard metal brackets, and the other got ceramic. So if verity is what you want she definitely has it. Once my kids were done, my husband and I got invisalign. When have been with Dr. Jacquie for a very long time now so I think that makes us experts on who she is and what she has to offer. Her office is beautiful with all the latest bells and whistles, and amenities for both children and adults. The most important part of her practice is that Dr. Jacquie really cares. My families teeth came out great and she and her staff really cater to your wants and needs. I highly recommend her practice!
