They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The staff is so friendly and welcoming that I never felt like I was just another patient. The entire staff makes you feel like you are the only patient they have. They welcomed all my questions (and they were frequent) and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my decision to have surgery. I was so impressed with my progress and the fact that I did not have one ounce of pain. I have already recommended many of my friends and co-workers to Dr. Shanahan because they have been putting of having surgery due to all the horror stories they've heard.
