I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
