It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

The office was easy enough to find. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. They did not tell me anything about how my teeth would look after the braces, so I have no idea what to expect. It was just assumed that they would be straighter.
