Dr. Newman is a good doctor but has the worst staff imaginable. He will be losing my wife and daughter as patients due to the unwillingness of his staff to work with the patient. Refuses to send OB referral to military hospital and Tricare will not pay anything until he does. 8 weeks in a high risk pregnancy and still no prenatal care in sight. Office staff is a joke.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

I didn't have to wait too long after i arrived. The girls up front are starting to treat me with more respect after five years of visits. Dr. Newan is very understanding to my problems and I guess he is in such demand I rarely get him. Which is too bad because he is the reason I keep coming to him even though I do not have insurance and pay 95.00 a visit I trust him with my family. I do understand Cardinal is a clinic and gets all types of people. Everyone wants to feel there is a doctor who can make us well. So please treat us equal and at Cardinal they try.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
