As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I didn't mind that they didn't offer on-site X-Rays, because they gave me directions to a lab that was five minutes away where I could get them. I was glad I didn't have to drive very far to get them done.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.

Kelly is a wonderful doctor. She has worked miracles with both my back and the constant headaches. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I was always skeptical and a little afraid of chiropractors and Dr. Coogan has made a believer of me. Her staff is friendly, her office is clean and comfortable and her services are life changing.
