I was happy to see that their office equipment was in good shape. I felt like everything was up to date and met safety standards. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. I like Dr. London and he is professional. The office staff as well as Dr. Mashburn and nurse pract. Tina Clark are both extremely rude! I will not ever see anyone in this office unless it is Dr. London
