The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever.

No, I had to leave I was so distressed

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment
