I am a former employee of this facility and would not recommend that any patient/clientele nor perspective staff member partake of this business as their employment/home base. They like to compromise both patient care quality due to consistent short staffing thus also compromising one's license/credentials. In addition they also compromise their employee's health and well being due to poor work conditions. The director of nursing is a big believer in harassment and no one wishes to provide reprimand to administrative personnel.

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Kind of, but not very well
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
