although this facility is in a lovely area and the building itself looks l like a palace, I'm dead really disappointedarly disappointed with the care given my loved one. At least half of the time my loved well call for a nurse and wait at least a half hour, even though I was told response time is never ever more than 5 minutes. this is not hearsay I witnessed this treatment more than 5 times. I came 1 morning to find this person ths patient left on a bedpan overnight

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
