I wasn't greeted when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. Seemed unorganized, but busy. Was able to find my decedent and remove without being noticed or questioned. Did re-enter to complete required paperwork.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

I witnessed a woman that had to wait to have her bed changed for almost an hour. I asked 3 different people to assist her while I was there and each person said they "would find someone" right away. It was very frustrating for this woman and not to mention unhealthy to be left unattended while laying in your bowels. Sorry to be so grafic, but it was TERRIBLE.
