They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

Beutiful clean place, good nursing staff, good food, nice programs, excellent therapy, my uncles stay there was a very positive experiance, i wouldnt recomend any other place.
