They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

My mother lived at Briarcliff Health Center in Greenville, Texas for just under one year - first as a rehabilitation resident after a broken hip and later as a permanent resident until her death. The staff is attentive, professional, and caring. The administrative team clearly puts the needs of the resident and family above their own. In short, the looked after my mother as if she was one of their family. They were always accessible and responsive with any question we had. I highly recommend this facility, ownership group,and clinical team.
