I wasn't too impressed with this nursing home, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. Every time I went to visit my mom at night it smelled like pee in the hallways and the nurses were all just standing around talking. Don't ask anyone a question about the room or service because you will get told to call social services in the morning. They lost all my moms clothes every time I went to visit my mom she had on someone else clothes. I tried to find out where my moms clothes were but they just keep passing the buck to laundry, the nurses and it still hasn't been rectified. So that was the icing on the cake that made me transfer my mom to another nursing home after she ended up back in the hospital from Berkshire. I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE!

. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. I plan on telling everyone I know about how terrible this nursing home is. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They are not very nice nurses or cna's their rude and very disrecptfull i had to leave that week cause they weren't taking care of me as i should have been and they left me in my room all two day's no shower

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. My visit was very depressing. My father is a resident there and I came to see him from Florida. He is a WWII veteran so you are paid from the VA. Your facility is very dirty. There were dirty diapers on his bed and his chair, along with the same in the bathroom waste basket. The smell was horrible.I have contacted the VA and put a formal complaint against your facility. I did the same with Odessey hospice. I am so sad that my dad has to live his final days in a place like that. I will say he gets excellent care and I did make that known. Please clean your place up.
