The rehab experience that we had recently with my mother was below average and unacceptable in many ways. The fact that a complaint was put in writing and never even acknowledged is quite disturbing. A phone complaint was also tried, but again no reply. This was not the
highly rated rehab that we had been led to believe that it was. Very disappointing.

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
