I can't say enough about Dr. Sturm - I have been using him for years. He is very personable, caring, knowledgeable and detail oriented doctor.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
I love Dr Sturm from years ago. He is so patient and kind with babies like me.
