They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful. THE FRONT AND BACK OFFICE IS ALWAYS ON POINT.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

My husband is in the Army and I was being seen on post, I left Blanchfield because I have cronic back pain and bad arthritis in my lower back and hip. They were not doing anything so I decided to leave there. I was referred here through Tricare. Once I got here the staff was utterly rude and did not know anything about me period. It took almost a year before they stopped confusing me with another woman there with the same name as me and much older. Recently I have had a whole bunch of issues and NOTHING has been done. I had blood work done about a month ago and he tells me that my Potassium levels are high, which is very dangerous and tells me that he doesn't think anything is wrong. well I go in today 14 Mar 2012 because I have been having womanly issues and I tell him all my symptoms, which are really concerning issues that really need to be investigated due to possible cancer. When I get there they take urine and the nurse comes in and tells me I have HIGH blood volume in my urine, ANOTHER BAD SIGN. Dr. Aquino comes in never tries to discuss my issues with me. Throws me on Birth Control to regulate my cycle, which I don't want to be on as my husband and I are still trying for a baby after my ectopic pregnancy in Nov. He gets ready to end our visit and I asked him well what about my urine it had blood in it, he looks at me and says well yeah it's really high amount but we don't know why (Are you serious?, how about investigate it) then looks trough my paperwork and tells me oh wait you have had blood in your urine for almost 3 months now, guess maybe we should get a ultra sound done. Yeah I think so. I am going to Tricare first thing tomorrow and begging them to PLEASE switch me out and find me a dr that actually cares about their patience. All he does is dopes people up with pain problems without even getting to the bottom of it. I plan on reporting him to the health board once I am out of there. Don't go there. I don't know how anyone can say he is a good dr. 2 years is to long being with a heartless dr as he is. Good luck to anyone who stays with him!

They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions.

I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Their office ladies are very rude.
