Dr. Townsend and his staff provide excellent neuroscience care. Dr. Townsend has an endearing bedside manner which put patients at ease, this is especially important when the conditions that bring us to this neurologist are scary. Prescriptions are always filled in a timely manner, and the nurse practitioners are knowledgeable and provide excellent care as well.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
