They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs to how patient and kind they were to my child. They were just fantastic.
I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available.

Yes, they had everything for kids of all ages

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

You would expect a pediatrician to be kid friendly but they weren't at all. They were extremely rude and impolite. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
