They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
