No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I have had all my concerns addressed and have talked extensively about what treatments might work and why.

Dr, Matthews is wonderful! He takes time with you and thoroughly answers any questions you have. He also has a broad array of learning from traditional Western Medicine to alternative ideas and natural approaches to pain relief. Their office is well organized and clean.
