The day of surgery on my eyelids the staff gave me a very warm welcome. They explained everything they were doing as they prepared me for surgery and made me feel very comfortable. They even brought me a warm blanket...that is all I remember from the actual surgery. Afterwards I remember the nurses explaining what I needed to do for a quick recovery, they were so helpful that I asked them for their information as I want the same staff to do my next surgery under my eyes. Dr. Laukaitis really shows he cares about he patients and explains what to expect, I look forward to my future surgery!

I really appreciated having numerous questions answered without feeling pressure to hurry up and finish. Treatment for a minor complication was fast and effective using emailed photos and a phone call.

I would have liked a stronger pain killer for the first night or two. I slept very little those nights.
